Thanks for your interest in booking with us at the Rosedale. Before making your booking we want to let you know a few things about the hotel.
The Rosedale is not an accessible friendly hotel.There’s at least one flight of stairs to get to the restaurant for breakfast, and we have rooms on the ground, first and second floors with no elevator (there’s no elevator on Skye).
We do not provide porterage, and the hotel is on the pier itself so there is a walk up some stairs or a hill to get into the town area.
The hotel does not have parking.There are spaces on the pier which is on a first come first served basis, as well as some pay to display parking areas in the town area.

The room rate (unless specified otherwise) includes overnight accommodation and breakfast based on the maximum occupancy of the room. We serve breakfast from 7am - 9:30am with seating every 15 minutes. If you require breakfast at a specific time we advise booking this in advance as there is limited availability.
We would advise you to make reservations for any events/restaurants you wish to attend as Skye gets busy very quickly and it's difficult to find availability on the day.
